Most neck tension we see is a posture-and-time problem, not a single injury. The fix is rarely a gadget — it is changing what your head and shoulders do for eight hours a day.
1. The screen that sits too low
If you look down at your monitor, the weight of your head pulls on the back of your neck all day. Raise the top of the screen to roughly eye level.
2. The phone cradle
Pinning a phone between ear and shoulder is a recipe for one-sided tightness. Use a headset or speaker for longer calls.
3. The frozen hour
Even a great posture held without breaks gets uncomfortable. Stand and move your neck through an easy range once an hour.
